She had once been wronged, In her prime, A lady reserved and tendered, Life wasn't so fair, Or at least so she thought. Will you?, But this was not the solemn one, Done at holy matrimony But by her own father, Before she could say "I won't" Blood already flowed through her private parts. But now she's no more a child But still hurt by what her father's done, She can'relate with others, Her friends are getting husbands, But still she is still Wearing wristbands up and down the city. And she made up her mind That love's a fallacy, It doesn't exist in the galaxy. Woke up one Monday morning, Going to work as usual, Then came one man with a suit, tie, and watch To say, 'hey baby, I love you' A shocking response that moved the galaxies From its heart, 'DID YOU SAY LOVE!!!!' #hephzibah_speaks☺😍 #saynotosexualassault

I had once been free, All was glee, I could do anything, To gain everything. Sometimes it hurts to be free, Cos to others it costs a fee, And we do whatever, Even though to some It might cause a fever. I would rather suggest liberty, Not gained at puberty, But when every man's duty Is to watch over his neighbor, Not noticing his flaw, But making sure I don't cause Anyone pain. # hephzibah_speaks😊😍 #saynotoviolence

T his seems a farce, We go, We come, And we come again. Sometimes it seems bitter, Other times, better, And this makes us stronger, But some weaker. Though it seems tougher, Yet we shine brighter, Because we've grown to be a fighter, And greater. In unity we find strength, In Jesus health, In sin death, In disunity bent. #hephzibah_speaks

It seems all gone, Lost is fun, Down goes the dawn, For hope seems lost. The waterpots are broken, Our children are taken, We all are forsaken, But we're in shackles. The shackles of religion, Shackles of government and institutions, Shackles of inventions, All to time we have lost the man we were. Some say 'hope' For me 'Nope' Nothing seems dope, And change has set in. The times have changed, My price has been paid, But I fade, Because we all are ignorant. The sky is pregnant, And her sons ready to burst out, The land is barren, Thirsty for this heavy downpour. Time has rolled on, And the sky has refused To let go, The earth is famished, And every green plant has begun to wither. The time has come, To invoke the sky, To let go and release, Every of her potentials. We all are pregnant, The black man is heavily pregnant, With ideas, With innovations, And with resources. But our land is barren, Because, We have refused to bear our sons, The sky is dark, Because we still cling to what matters not, Because we still aren't ready to grow, Rise up and build up. # hephzibah_speaks
